どのように機能する？
「あなたの公-差-転」のボーダークロッシング・ドロップイン・センターは外国からの移住者や外国のルーツをもつ方が気軽に集まり、日本での日常生活におけるそれぞれの経験や気になることについて共有できる場所としてとらえられています。個別のテーマについてたとえば居住、労働、教育、健康(医療)、在留資格やコミュニティづくりなどが含まれます。”境界をクロスする”ということはさまざまな情報を提供し、参加者同士のつながりはもちろん、個別の状況に対する支援が可能な専門団体との連携をすすめていきます。

The kosaten “Border Crossing Drop-In Center” is conceived as a space where migrants and those of international heritage may freely gather to share their experiences and concerns around everyday life in Japan as well as specific issues related to housing, work, education, health, legal status and community building for example. “Border Crossing” aims to provide a range of resources and connect visitors to each other as well as to organizations which can support them best in their particular situation.

Ang Border Crossing Drop-in Center ay proyekto ng Kosaten na layuning maging espasyo para talakayin at gawan ng paraan ang mga suliraning nararanasan ng mga dayuhang migrante at ng mga may ninunong banyaga na naninirahan sa bansa. Kinabibilangan ito halimbawa ng mga suliranin sa paninirahan, trabaho, edukasyon, kalusugan, batas, at pagbubuo ng komunidad. Nilalayon din ng Border Crossing ang magbahagi ng tulong sa pamamagitan ng pagkonekta sa bawat isa, lalo na sa mga organisasyong nagbabahagi ng suporta upang matugunan ang mga partikular na suliranin.
